Osbert Orduña is the CEO and founder of The Cannabis Place and a Marine Corps Service Disabled Veteran whose leadership is shaped by his firsthand experience growing up in NYC Public Housing and his career in public service. He previously built a successful government contracting firm and developed deep expertise in emergency management, security operations, and regulated environments. Today, he focuses on strengthening workforce development and advancing a more ethical, community-centered cannabis industry through his advisory and leadership roles nationwide.
